TFI Co. (TFICo) has been manufacturing industrial steel blades and machine knives since 1965 — six decades of turning premium alloy steel into the cutting edges that keep factories running. What began as a dedicated blade workshop has grown into an international manufacturer serving metalworking, woodworking, paper, plastic, food processing, packaging and textile industries across the Middle East, Africa and beyond.

Six Decades of Cutting-Edge Heritage

Since 1965, TFI Co. has produced more than 12,000 steel blades and supports factories with over 165 types of premium alloy steels. That accumulated metallurgical knowledge — which steel grade, which hardness, which edge geometry for which material — is the real product. A guillotine blade that shears stainless sheet all shift long and a granulator knife that resizes plastic around the clock demand very different answers, and sixty years of production data is what makes those answers reliable.

Every blade is made from selected alloy tool steels, heat-treated for the working hardness the application demands, then precision-ground to its final edge. Beyond new manufacturing, TFI Co. provides regrinding, sharpening and repair services that extend blade life and protect production budgets.

From Dubai to the World

TFI Co. established the first dedicated service center for steel blades and press brake tools in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with processing capacity up to 4,500 mm — long enough to service the largest guillotine and press brake tooling in the region. Today the company operates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Georgia, Belarus and Russia, and serves customers throughout Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and international markets.
